No Returns / No Refunds Policy
All sales are final for retail purchases.
Purchase for whole sale are refundable within 2 weeks of delivery date if product has not been used / tampered with. 
Patras Coffee does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once purchased and delivered.
Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@patrasjo.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will review on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds are guaranteed.
